ok since sunday my internet has been messed up
i have a verizon modem and a belkin router
but i believe the problem is my modem becuz it has 3 lights internet/data/dsl
the internet and dsl lights are supposed to stay solid and not blink
but for the past few days the internet light has been blinking with the data light
it is weird becuz..

on my desktop i can get on internet explorer and firefox
on my desktop i cannot get on aol and d2 and sc

on my laptop i can get on internet explorer and firefox and aol

now what would the problem be for my internet to just block out my d2/sc and not anything else?

i have called my isp and they basically told me to do shit that i've alrdy done like unplugging shit
i have unplugged all cords for a minute and shut it off and etc

so please help if ur lost with something just post and ill explain it a little better i guess

Did you try switching off your firewall settings? and under which windows are you running?? windows 7 or vista or xp?

About the blinking stuff, only internet should stay solid and blink only a few times... but it still shows you got internet access.

and the modem i have its internet and dsl that stay solid and data that flashes but idk its still flashing but now i can get on so i guess its ok now ;/ idk..
