I have blocked a user for Harassing me, How do I report this person now?

you dont... just keep him block, if he starts spamming your threads VIA last posting you.. than save a few threads and send them to members ++

You do not need to report him once you blocked him, if he does it in all your threads, gather the links and send them to a Trade assistant or Trade moderator.
