Recently my cousin and I were bored, and decided to play a little D2. I had him make a JSP account.
He had one a few years back, but couldn't remember the name or what e-mail he used, so he made a new account.
Shortly after creating his account and having it verified, it was disabled, with no explanation offered.

So, he thought maybe the account he made matched the email he had from the one a few years ago.
He made a new email account, and once again tried to register. It was going fine, he made a few posts, logged out, and when he tried to log back in, it was disabled.

Any ideas?

Keep in mind only 1 account is allowed on jsp. If your cousin makes any further accounts, they will automatically be disabled.
Tell him to use the Account Recovery instead. He needs to give as much information as possible.
