A much easier way for ya:

Chaos: 1-60ish (levels 20-25 are slower)
Baal: Up to 99

Edit:

Nvm didn't see normal, lol sec. :P

Trist: 1 to 10-15
Tombs: 15-20
Cows: 20-25
Baal: 25+

Tristruns from 1-15, Tombruns from 15-20 or 24 (you can also do some Cowruns from 20-24), Ancients with 24 and Baalruns from 25-40 at least.
