About to trade some forum gold.
A guy claims that i should just be giving him my wow gold straight away, without worrying or anything. Because.
If he chooses to scam me, i could at anytime, just post a topic in here, and the admins/moderators will take the fg from him, and transfer it to me, if i show them the proof.

Im 99,9% that never happened before.
Ive only ever seen people getting a scammer tag + getting forum gold rights closed.

Am i right, or is he ?

If someone scams you, your forum gold is lost unless he decides to repay you. You better trade by using a Mediator.

Always use a mediator.

If u get scammed, u will need to post in the scammer accusation forum & provide as much evidance as u can

So take screen shots of ur trades & save ur PM's

Only fter the S/A is completed & the scammer is tagged... Will the repay process begin (if e decides to pay his scams back)

To avoid all this "Always use a Mediator"... Its not required, but defanitly advised

But that "always use a mediator" is pretty hard. When there is NEVER a mediator responding to you, in the wow section. Atlleast on the europe realms.

Yes but it is better going through that trouble than getting scammed, no?

Mediators are volunteers, who help mediate trades on the games/realms they play on

There availability is based on what mediators are on @ the time of ur request & if one is on ur realm

It may take a little time for one to respond, but it is the only "safe" way to trade & not get scammed

If u request one, plz be patient & one will respond as soon as they can

The trade is always worth waiting for than getting scammed.
