if there it is perf coa - unperm
and it gets into sockets some jools, will it become permed or it doesnt matter ?

The Coa will still be unperm , but if you got a perm coa , for example , you could sock it with unperm jools ( then the jools would be perm in the coa ).

Clash tests mean nothing. Even if your CoA didn't poof in such a test, it could still be unperm and disappear another day.

Testing items is not a 100% way to prove it's perm, It just gives the buyer a safe zone you could say
