there is a guild name i want. but the owner/co owner is banned/locked /scammer tags. every one in it is afk like 100+ days. any way i can buy this guild?

Sadly no, I'm pretty sure about this.

Banned members can't even be in a guild.

There is no way of getting the guild name , The owner is banned.
