You've been botting or using some form of hacks. Orrrr someone else had been using your CD-Key with some hacks. Blizzard doesn't ban accounts to make money... They get enough accounts banned everytime warden updates.

Why always "hacks" ?
perhaps you flamed someone too hard and he reported you, or w/e
you need to see the reason number

If it the cd-key is disabled the first time, it will be usable again in 1 month if I remember correctly. If it's your second time, it's lost.

And you ony see reason number when you diablo 2 account gets banned ( Closed (8) ) for example
Not when you cd key gets banned / disable

Sometime it's an error you can contact blizzar for explain and possible re-activation

Were you logging in and out of your accounts fast?

I do not mean characters I mean actual accounts.

You can be temp banned at times for logging into too many accounts and sometimes you can receive this error and similar ones.

Try again in an hour.

If you were banned you should have been given a code which in turn can be used to find out the reason.

Like I said if you were logging in and out fast you may have a temp ban.
