My webcam won't work when using the sites Omegle, or ChatRoulette. I get this message that asks me to either Allow or Deny my webcam from being accessed by these sites. When I click Allow, the windows error comes up and asks me to "Send Report" or "Don't Send". I tried with both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. I am using an Acer laptop with the Windows XP os. I also downloaded the latest Adobe Flash Player.

What could the problem be?

Is there a driver update that is needed for your webcam? I know with mine I had to update my drivers to go on those sites.

all drivers are updated, and the problem continues

try to uninstall then reinstall and then update the drivers again

there may have been an error in the updating process
