What do i loose at 30%? 40%? so on

30% - Your user blog rights and your ability to post youtube links are removed. You also may lose posting privileges in some specific forums.
50% - Your signature, avatar, profile, orb, photo gallery, and guild rights are removed.
70% - Your gold rights and private message rights are removed, as well as access to your warn logs.
100% - Your posting rights are removed.

As well as a post delay increase of 10 seconds every 10% then at 90% it's 90 sec increase.

Well at 50% and I'm pretty sure you just can't use your orbs, I don't believe you actually lose the orbs you paid for.

I think you have the same issues of seeing things as you will have when you get an extra 10%

10%: You earn the inability to post in the "Christian Fellowship" subforum or in the "Love Line" subforum and a 10 second flood timer.
20%: You earn the inability to post in the "Political And Religious Discussion" subforum or on the "Science, Technology and Nature" subforum and a 10 second flood timer.
30%: You earn the inability to post this "YouTube" films and/ or on the "Site Suggestions" subforum and you earn a 10 second flood timer.
40%: You earn a 10 second flood timer.
50%: You earn the loss of profile rights, the inability to post images, the inability to edit posts and a 10 second flood timer.
60%: You earn a 10 second flood timer.
70%: You earn the loss of forum gold access, loss of private message features {with exception to staff}, the loss of access to warn logs and a 10 second flood timer.
80%: You earn a 10 second flood timer.
