You can try to go to the router web page.
Start > Run > Type in 'CMD' > Type 'IP Config'
Write down the 'Standard Gateway', Copy and paste it into your Web Browser's URL Bar and press 'Enter'.
It might be visible on the first page, but if it's not showing the needed details, you may try to figure out the router account/password. (Default is 'User Name: Admin' and 'Password: Admin', or no password at all)
If you successfully log into the router, you can search for a page named 'Device Info' or something similiar.
