Click on your start orb and type in Disk Defragmenter Then run the program to clean the selected drive but i recommend Auslogics Defrag, its free and a much better fragger than the standard windows

I wouldn't, But doesn't really matter. I also recomend using Ccleaner to get rid of unnecessary files on your computer.
