how do i upload screen shots to jsp to sell items

i dont know how to upload a photo so if u could help i would appreciate it and whats the value of this item

you have to upload the image to a image hosting site


for instance www.imageshack.com



then you copy and paste a direct link into your post, highlight the entire link and then click the button to add an image; the button looks like two hills with a sun and is the 5th button in from the right when posting
