Is it illegal to make a new Jsp if you forgot your password and the e-mail you used to sign up with the original account.

He said he's tried to recover it and used alot of information for yall, but the recovery usually fails. Let me know if this is illegal? Thanks.

It's illegal, if he has tried everything he can like the email recovery and the Contact feature than he's out of luck.

The rules clearly say only 1 account per person. Tell him to either use the Account Recovery again, filling out as much information as possible or using the contact feature.

Does the contact feature email you to the email you give them in the description?
