does high ping make you synch or desynch or w/e? lol

Not necessarily, if you want to desynch better ingame, make sure you are str bugged.

only thing high ping would do (on your side only) is make other people seemingly teleport around.. and make it harder for you to attack them

well thats not good....making btals joderdin. (no spam, desynch cast 2 hammers kill) and was thinking since desynch is pretty much lag...high ping would make it better! since i play on 200-400 ping and cant play anything with teleport now days cuz lag.

OH and would high ping mean other players can desynch aginst me better?
