Ok so for a few months now I have been telling one of my friends that he should create an account here on D2JSP. Unfortunately, his account was disabled and I am here to see what he can do.

He explained everything to me. He made an account, and then after multiple tries and waiting he did not receive the verification email. Because of this he decided to make a new account to see if it would work this time, and it did. Shortly after, both accounts were disabled and now he cannot use any of them. This obviously would not have happened if he had read the rules, but I assure you 90% of the people did not read the rules immediately before creating an account on this website. He also had told me that he has created more accounts to try to get it to work. I told him not to make any more now and that I will help him get all of this figured out.

Well over a week ago, a couple days after his account was disabled, I told him to use the Contact feature to see if he can get an answer to all of this. Since then, he has received no email or notification. He has also emailed Paul directly, but there has been no response.

I am really trying to help him out here because I know for sure that he will really like socializing in the many off-topic forums. If any moderators, or any one can provide me with an answer to this, it will be much appreciated.

He needs to wait a while after using the contact button, and please tell him not to create more accounts lol
Did he log in at your house or anything?

The contact feature is the only way he'll get any info about his situation.

He has not logged into at any other location than his house. He also lives in Canada, and I live in Florida.

I just asked him though, and it seems that he has logged into them from his apartment, and his parents house. This could also be a part of the problem.

Not sure how long the contact button works, It has been over a week, but I will tell him to keep waiting.

Anybody else have any suggestions?

He was banned for multi account.
He's (you?) not telling the whole truth though.
My cousin got banned since he registered at my home.
But only his account got disabled.
The main account shouldn't, except if he did rly bad things.

once he used the contact feature he has to wait , even if it take over 1 week, they are very busy, remember they are humans too

the reply will come when they got time, but my quess will be since he allready made some multis he can never recover hes account back, he should know just by making 1 more acc = disable

and as the rule says if 1 violate the rules they all get in same faith.

If your account reaches 100% warn, is disabled or banned for any reason, it will not be restored, and you will not be allowed back on the site now or at any time in the future.

Tell him to use the contact feature and wait for a reply.
