Those guides only work with dynmaic IP addresses. It seems like you have a static IP - you will just have to wait it out.
Be aware, that realm downs can take up to 72 hours.

If Static IP, change ur physical MAC if u can, or replace your network adapter.
Or use a proxy server if u have one.
