Well I want to change my account name, but it keeps saying it will cost me 1500fg. Is there no way to reduce the price and is this the only way? Also what would be the disadvantages to making a new account?

There is no other way to change your account name and that's the price for a complete change (less fg for minor changes).
You are not allowed to have more than 1 account, so making a new one isn't an option.

Making a new account can get you randomly disabled

The price depends on the changes you want to make to your name

No multiple accounts - only one account per person is allowed. You may not under any conditions create more than one account per person.

Good thing I didn't try to make a new account lol. =) I totally didn't know it wasn't allowed.
