i wanna record d2, but i cant find a program that doesnt lag..
fraps and hypercam lag too much

Try Camstudio, it's free and I found it to be pretty decent.

I agree with Nerubian, Camstudio is my personal preference for these types of things.
It's very good quality considering it's free.
