Neither way worked Already did both xD

They work for dynamic IP addresses, but not for static IPs. Seems like you will just have to wait it out.

Since uve already tried the guides with no success, u will have to wait it out

They can last 15mins - 72hrs, Failed log-in atemps will not increase the time (it is set by Blizzard when the temp rest is issued)

mine always take exactly 12 hours

I hope that it'll be off at 11:58 then
