after reading them i have a question:
Would like a in-guild tournament rules be an ok blog? To where the rest of the guild can discuss the rules and opinions?

Since it for "in-guild" so the "guild can discuss"

U would be better of posting it as a guild topic inside the guild, instead of a blog

guild topic scrolls through post deleting the early ones so that wouldnt work unless someone wants to supply an unlimited amount of fg to continually buy more post slots. Any other ideas? I mean theres hundreds of blogs via google search that are like the one we want to make.

A Blog is a place to write down ur personal thoughts & feelings, kinda like an online diary

Again its our personal feelings and thought on how our guild tourney should be set up and rules for it. Thus it fits under personal thoughts and feelings. A blog could not be considered a diary as diaries are privatized not public.
Im not trying to be belligerent and i do really appreciate your help, i just dont understand where it is against any rules.
