after i reseting the rooter i can join 1 game and get this msg again
this still appears after reseting the rooter

are there any other tricks that prevents me of getting this msg?

Delete your Bnet. Cache first of all.

Yeah, they are.
You could use hotspot shield. But it gives you another ip address and raises your ping.
Very unsafe imo.
Also, try to delete bncache.dat and your savefiles in the savefolder of your realm (west/east/eu/asia)

Temp restrictions like this can occur when ur CD Key has been flagged

Blizzard flags CD Keys that get a lot of Realm Downs/Tem Rest as possible 3rd party program usage & will ban keys that continue to recive multiple restictions

Take a break from D2 for atleast 24hrs & let ur CD key cool off
