Everything calculated together, the 25% Open Wounds from Dracul's will push the damage more than Steelrend do.
However, Fortitude is an almost unbeatable BvB armor. The bonus to your life and damage are worth more than the additional defense from Prudence.

Lifeleech does not work in PvP and Life Tap will not trigger with whirlwind.

nah life leech is not bm , but life rep is in bvb

anw there are no best build , your barb have just to be balanced between life/ar/dmg/def , the rest depends on your preferences , maxing def with prudence and steels is not a good idea imo
