I know a Med made my warn low by 10% and send me a PM but i cant read it ..

How could i do to see if there is a " dl time " until warn goes down , as i said on another topic , im warned since 3 years now , and since this i had always had a faire use w/o any lower warn

can only lower 10% warn every month.
