I want to do a new blog of my pics from China, but not starting from my old one since the begginning is bad..

so i want to delete this one from my profile and then create a new one

but i've seen that the blog will not be deleted from User Blog section, so am I allowed to post a new one on the same matter? I don't want it to be closed
