So your phone doesn't find any carriers at all ?

Try turning your phone off, also if it doesn't work you can reset your phone settings in Settings/General

Try a reset (remove battery, wait 30 second's & reinstall battery)

If that doesn't work, check ur bill/statement

There should be an 800# u can contact ur provider @ from another line
