If it is illegal you shouldn't be speaking with anyone about it.

If you have lost access to a previous account of yours you should try the Account Recovery

When doing this make sure you provide as much proof as possible to prove the account is yours.

Also if that doesn't work your last option is to use the Contact feature and wait patiently for a response.

Note that it is forbidden to create 2 accounts and you can't do so, do not make anymore accounts.
