Any program that changes your cd keys without completely uninstalling is a 3rd party program and cannot be discussed here.

You have to convert the 16 digit cd keys to 26 digit cd keys for the downloaded version on blizzard

I have already downloaded a 26 character 1 before (One I use now)

I am wanting to buy another CDKEY Set but I do not know how to DOWNLOAD that 1 so I can have 2x Diablos Working And Not Just 1

Is there a way that I can do that by using battle.net

Everytime I go to DOWNLOAD another cdkey set it pops up and says
Uninstall Diablo 2 (The Sets I'm using now)

I am trying to figure out how I run 2x Diablos at one time

I have ANOTHER set of cdkeys just don't know how to DL them

Blizzard doesn't allow 2 instances of D2 going at once so there is no way of downloading it twice.
