I've been looking for an hour now and still can't figure out how to install a previous Diablo II patch.
Can't even find the file to download on the net..

Anyone knows how to do this?

Don't know if you can but I'm pretty sure it would make you update the the latest patch anyways.

If you found a way to download the old patch maybe you could just run it offline. It can't tell you to update if you aren't connected to the internet.

I know. I am looking to play offline.
As I have multiple Diablo II file, ill still be able to play 1.13 without having to reeinstall.

Not if I am not playing online.

You can't downgrade. But you can download old patches directly from blizzard and install them on a clean install.
