So basically I post in a topic, that I take the FT.
The seller went offline for that day, but answers (PMs) next day.
I answer him, that I am currently time-banned, and thus cannot log-in.
After this the seller waits, he sends me PMs which I dont see, but then posts in the topic claming that I wouldn't answer him.
Even though I did, so he is obviously lying.
He then sells it to the next for even less than the FT offered before.
What can I do in such a case?

I see there are scammer-forums, but this isn't scam, "only" breaking a trade and then lying, so what to do about it?

theres not much you can do about, the trader is simply BM
he isn't breaking any rules

You could consider it Bad manner trader (BM). You basically can't do anything but avoid trading with him again.

There's nothing you can do about it. It's bad luck and possibly bad mannered.

That's bad mannered, but you can't do much against it except avoiding trades with him in future.

sad to hear though. Don't get why there aren't rules about this, it is kind of the same as "selling what you don't have"...

There's no rules regarding this because there's no real loss on either side of the trade. Simply a inconvenience to you which would label him bm as previously said.
