No sorry, it has been suggested many time's and denied in site suggestions

-after the 30 min edit time has expired, u can quate your original post and make adjustment/remove items from the list that have been sold (Making sure to observe the 4 hr bump rule)

After 30 Min, its not possible to post an edited/changed List, if you dont want to breake the 4 hour Bump Rule
The only legal way is to wait and repost the list 4 hours after the last Reply

But i think if you are selling a huge number of Items in one Topic and many people are buying some of these Items in a few minutes, nobody will blame you or close your Topic, if you post an updated list one or two minutes after the las reply . (Dont comfirm every Trade or give a response on every offer..... just post a Reply, if it is really necessary, because there were many changes in a short time.)
Just be sure, that you dont post an updated list 1-2 hours after the last Reply, because that would be an nothing more than an early Bump.

This would technically still be in violation of the 4 hour bump rule (as u stated in the 1st part of your post) and may result in the topic being closed

Only way would be to make a picture trade list, and update the picture while keeping the same picture url. Its a bit of a pain in the ass though.

The second part of my post is just my own opinion. I did write that, because it seems to be a method, which is mostly tollerated by the Mod-Team and doesnt give the original poster an unfair advantage. Of course a Trade-Mod could still count it as an Early-Bump and close the topic...
