Well obviously.
Why is it so high.. this isnt something normal is it? I dont understand if the finance charge is only 140... (which is high itself but not 1000%++)
I am just dumbfounded when looking at this..

Do you spend money in large intervals using your credit card?

This has nothing to do with me, I seen it as an advertisement on a website.

Ya it doesn't make sense to me either.
If the total after fees is $540 ($400 + $140)
Then,
$140/$400 = 0.35 or a 35% Finance Charge, APR only applies if its broken up into payments.

I think the % are calculated with the help of the timeframe of the credit card.
It looks like they used a very short timeframe for the credit and because of that, the % is so high (cause it is displayed for a timeframe of one year)
If my suggestion is right, the owner of the card loaned 400$ for 11 Days with a charge of 35%
After eleven Days he has to pay back 540 $
11 day cahrge = 35%
1 year charge (calculated with 365 days) = 1161,36 %
btw this is horrible Expensive xD
