Restarting your modem/router should be able to solve this issue.

Quickest: Hotspot shield.
Its very unsafe but it switches your ip as long as youre on it.
Just dl it!

Resetting ur router or following the above posted guide to reset ur IP address is the only ways to bypass a temp ban

It only works if u have a Dynamic IP address, if u have Static or cannot reset ur Router/IP addy u will have to wait it out :(
