Hey, so my friend just decided to register to d2jsp and start playing d2.

He created his account, verified etc, added me as a friend and logged off.


Now, whenever he tries to log in it says "Account disabled"

He has already used that contact form, is there any way to find out why the account was disabled or any way to resolve this issue? Thanks.

He probably had other accounts.

He said he tried registering approx 2 years ago but:

When he tried registering he never got the validation email
He doesn't remember the username or email he registered it with.
