Who do I talk to about an annoyance..?

I reported over 30 of his posts today, and nothing.

I call him or the other kids "idiots" and I get 10% and 24 hours.

You replying with 'report' is only fueling the fire. Report it and move on, if it gets excessive PM a JM. There is no need to reply to spam.
