Each case is handled on an individual bases, its better to be unlocked with No FG then locked with 100k

As far as the purchase, if that was the reason u were locked (bc of payment issue's) u should try PMing Bobdave or Arx_x... They handle the "why am I locked" forum

Well, are you purchasing fg to repay the scam? Or are the scams repaid and you bought fg afterwards?
If so, you should keep it, but it's not a smart move as I'd wait until you were unlocked

Was locked before gold was purchased.
