I whenever I use the mouse scroll wheel on d2jsp, it scrolls really slow and looks like it's refreshing the page everytime it moves, this only happens on d2jsp.

Help would be appreciated.

First of all, delete your cookies and cache.

ok been on some other websites and it was doing it on them too.

been doing it since yesturday, which was when I formatted my pc and installed windows xp.

Download drivers.

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/downloads

find your mouse on that list and download the specific driver.
