My paladin got something wrong and cannot join to game i don't know why he just can't

it say's "Failed to join Game" doesn't matter do i join or either create. Someone know what's wrong?

Did you just have a disconnect in an earlier game? Give it a rest, wait around 15 minutes and post here if the problem persists.

ok its done. I was changing characters till i got an D/c and i couldn' connect to bnet and now i works. THX
