1. unlock your task bar (right click, and select 'Lock Taskbar' so the checkmark goes away).

3. move your itunes window down an inch
4. drag task bar back up to top

It worked! But as soon as I moved iTunes down it minimized to a smaller box. I moved the task bar to top....all it good. Until I maximize iTunes and it, again, went underneath the taskbar at top as shown in picture in original post. And I restarted the computer twice to see if it made any difference and it did not.

Anyone know now I can make a video of what is happening so I can post it here?
