You can request a warn removal there.

Click on the warn % and hit request for removal, they won't automatically be removed.

Go to ur profile & click on ur "30%" warn

It will take u to ur warn log & u can request removal from there

Keep in mind it may take up to 10days for a member of the staff to review ur remval request
