my friend faced this when tried to login, what happened to his acc?

Disabled account won't be restored, he was probably using multiple accounts.

The reason will not be told publicly.

Have him use the "Contact" feature & wait patently for a response (it can take awhile)

Also keep in mind the rules state "if an account reaches 100% warn or is Disabled/banned for any reason it will not be reinstated & u will not be allowed back n the site @ any time in the future"
