trying to mix perf emerald, pul and lum runes with titans but nothing happens
non ladder, europe, softcore

Do you play Ladder or Non Ladder? Upgrading does only work in Ladder.

No need to be sad though. Upgrading Titan's Revenge will only push the physical damage. Java Amazons mainly do light damage, so the damage difference would be very insignificant anyways.

If you're playing non-ladder, prices will usually be less than that of ladder (some exceptions).

i meant that price would be lower when it couldn't be upgraded ;]
