Okay so I was having someone make me a sig...

They pm'd me the finished product asking if I liked it, I loved it and wanted to go ahead and talk price with him. But he has not been seen for 9+ hours

Would it be wrong to throw it on and just throw him the FG? Or wait for him to get online? We didn't have a final deal on the price but it was somewhere around 100fg.

How? I'd throw the sig on and send him fg. Both parties would have gotten what they wanted. I guess I can wait till tomorrow though.

He could remove the photo from wherever it is at. He gets fg you get nothing. Always best to wait it out and make sure all the details are ironed out.

Or you could be the smart guy and save it to hard disk before payment, just in case.
