My printer has been working fine since I set it up over a year ago. However, yesterday, out of the blue it said that my printer was off line and I can no longer print. I tried to unplug the printer and plug it back in as a basic trouble shoot and had no success.

I am not a tech guy at all thus this post, but I am not ignorant when it comes to the tech world. The printer is from HP.

I appreciate any insight/advice/help

it is no longer off line I fixed that, but still wont print so i am going to just get it looked at by a pro
