My friend is trying to recover his account, he's 99.9999% positive that the email and password/gold password combinations he's using are correct, yet his login/recover account attempts have been unsuccessful.

He has purchased quite a bit of FG on his account and has his credit information, previous passwords, etc. He's never traded his account/let other people on it so he's positive no one has scammed him (changed all the info etc.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, he's losing his shit over here.

As I stated in the initial post, he's tried that over a dozen times and receives no e-mails or anything along the lines of progress in the matter of account recovery.

Then he hasn't provided enough information to prove that the account is in fact his. He needs to fill out as much info as possible

He's given all possible e-mails it could be, he's given them his full name, location, amount he's donated, hell even his credit card number used to purchased OVER $1000 of FG.

The system hasn't even bothered responding a single email (even to say your attempt has failed or something along those lines).

He just filled a recovery request and actually received an e-mail this time, perhaps he will hear something back!

Thanks for your attempts guys, guess we'll just play the waiting game (e-mail says it can take up to 7 days).

try to send a scanned copy of his personal ID card with the recovery. ( this method helped me to get back my acc )
