My friend created a jsp account just today and he doesnt have access to post anywhere or do anything? He wanted me to ask why because he cant make any posts.

he already verified email. He tried posting on runescape forum but it said he had to wait a little longer to post and to read the rules and whatnot.. Then he tried 45 min later and it said he doesnt have access. I dont have a link but his name is AirJordan23

He wasn't banned for no reason A user with a banned user group tag has no access to d2jsp. These users have been banned for a violating the forum rules.

He also is not allowed to create more accounts If your account reaches 100% warn, is disabled or banned for any reason, it will not be restored, and you will not be allowed back on the site now or at any time in the future.

Probably a multi account. That's the most common reason to get disabled/banned as far as I know.

its his first account.. that doesnt make sense? I have 2 multis myself and neither of them are banned.
