Okay so heres the deal, i JUST reformatted my computer, and have had all of the windows updates reinstalled and for some reason my computer is slower than it was before, i open up task manager and see that my cpu usage is at 95-100% all the time, with nothing else but Opera running, my cpu has 4 gb ram and shouldn't be going this slow.

I can post screenshots of whatever you guys want, also open to any and all solutions

*Yes i did disk clean-up etc....*

Thanks!

Here's a screenshot of my "ram usage"

There is no way all of my ram should be being occupied, yet some how it is...

As far as RAM goes when only one program is running its going to give that program all the RAM, as far as the CPU what kinda specs are we working with here?

60 some processes? My buddy says his 7 runs at 30 easy. Not to mention his virus software.

Edit: My buddy is making an account to help troubleshoot I'm busy changing accesspoint passwords on a hotel network at the moment :( one by one QQ

60-65 processes are common. I run 68 at the moment, only started five myself.
