Ignore and / or block the user if it's a false accusation. There's nothing more you can do about it.

He can put anything he wants into his profile as long as he follows rules.
Calling you a scammer is not against the rules, even if he doesnt have any proof imo.
Just ignore him and move on.. if you haven't scammed you don't have to be worried about your reputation.

Report it via the button. If it gets excessive, PM a JM (about him spamming your bar and pub games topics)

Ya Legacy's advice seems most appropriate , maybe calling u a scammer isn't against rules but I think spamming your topic/harassing u is
