What's the maximum amount of life in a charm? Small = 20, but how about large and grand?

20 on a small charm, 40 on a large charm I believe.

20 on Small Charm
not sure about Large Charm
45 on Grand Charm

20/35/45 (the latter only on gc that was originally dropped by Hell Nihlathak, Diablo or Baal)

to get 45 on GC I think you have to craft it don't you? with a lvl 99 charm?

small charm: 20
large charm: 35
grand charm: 40 or 45 if item level is 95 or higher (hell diablo, nihlathak and baal)

To be correct, Diablo (hell) drops charms with level 94. (Nihlathak 95, Baal 99)
The affix for +41 - 45 life requires level 91, but there are no more monsters with that level.
