2nd) Is there a way to get rid of (0) and (1) shown besides the members?

1) Yes but it costs 1,000 Fg or 500 Fg right when you transfer ownership.
2) Yes somewhere in the guild rank settings you can uncheck it so it will not show the guild rank #
